First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a series of balance exercises can help healthy older adults better sense motion and improve their balance. Thirty participants will practice tilting and moving on a special platform over about 45 days. The goal is to understand how the inner ear's sense of motion can be trained, not to treat any disease.
