This study tested a new device called Incremental Velocity Error (IVE) to see if it improves dizziness treatment better than standard therapy. It included 24 adults with dizziness from mild traumatic brain injury or inner ear problems. The device aims to improve the reflex that keeps your eyes steady when you move your head.
