Summary
This study looks at whether changing from lying flat to sitting up improves oxygen levels in patients with respiratory failure who are on a breathing machine. Researchers will measure oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood to see if position makes a difference. The study involves 16 adults in the hospital.
