Summary

This study looks at the safety of a drug called vericiguat in Japanese people with chronic heart failure. Researchers will track side effects and see how long the drug can prevent heart-related deaths compared to standard care. About 1400 participants will be followed for up to 2 years. The goal is to gather real-world information on the drug's safety and effectiveness.
