Massive data dive: how does a heart drug perform in real japanese patients?
NCT ID NCT06697353
Summary
This study looked back at existing medical records to learn how a heart failure drug called vericiguat is used and what happens to patients in real-world Japanese clinics and hospitals. Researchers analyzed data from nearly 5,000 adults with chronic heart failure who started taking the already-approved medicine. The goal was to understand patient outcomes, how well people stick with the treatment, and how doctors adjust doses over a year.
