This study looks at how the body handles a single dose of the drug vepdegestrant in people with moderate to severe liver problems compared to healthy people. About 24 adults (ages 18-70) will take one pill and stay at the clinic for 11 days. The goal is to see if liver function affects how the drug is absorbed and removed from the body.
