Summary
This study looks at how the drug vepdegestrant is processed by the body in people with moderate to severe liver problems compared to healthy people. About 24 adults (ages 18-70) will take a single dose and stay at the clinic for 11 days. The goal is to understand how liver function affects drug levels, which helps guide safe dosing.
