Summary

This study looked at whether a specific injection technique (ventrogluteal) could make shots less painful for children. 90 kids aged 6-12 took part. Those who got the special technique reported less pain and had a lower pulse rate than those who got the usual shot. The findings suggest this simple change could improve comfort during injections.
