Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common breathing machine settings works better for patients during weight loss surgery. Researchers will compare how well each method maintains oxygen levels and manages pressure in the lungs of 40 adult patients with obesity. The goal is to gather information that helps doctors choose the safest breathing support during these operations.
