This study tests whether combining venetoclax (a pill) with rituximab (an injection) can shrink or control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. About 25 adults with CLL will receive this combination. The goal is to see how many people respond and how long the response lasts.
