Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, venetoclax and revumenib, can control minimal residual disease (MRD) in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). MRD means small numbers of cancer cells remain after initial treatment, raising the risk of relapse. The trial enrolls about 8 participants aged 12 and older with certain genetic types of AML. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can keep the disease in check.
