Summary
This study tests whether a combination of venetoclax and azacitidine works better than standard chemotherapy to keep high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back before a stem cell transplant. About 216 adults who have already achieved remission after initial treatment will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. The goal is to see which strategy leads to longer leukemia-free survival and fewer side effects.
