New combo therapy aims to boost leukemia remission

Summary

This study tests adding venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy regimen (CLAG-M) for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or related high-grade blood cancers. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination improves how long patients stay cancer-free. About 62 adults with newly diagnosed or relapsed AML will take part.
