First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, venetoclax and azacitidine, in about 100 Indian adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are not healthy enough for standard intensive chemotherapy. The goal is to see how well the combo controls the cancer and what side effects occur. Participants take venetoclax pills daily and receive azacitidine injections for 7 days each cycle, with regular checkups over about 29 months.
