First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a digital-enhanced lifestyle program, led by trained volunteers, can improve muscle mass, strength, and reduce fall risk in older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). About 200 people aged 60 and older will participate. The program focuses on exercise and nutrition, and researchers will also see if the volunteers themselves benefit from the training.
