Summary
This study looked at whether certain proteins in the blood can predict if the drug vedolizumab (Entyvio) will reduce inflammation in the small bowel of people with Crohn's disease. Researchers used MRI scans to measure changes in the bowel wall after treatment. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment earlier for each patient.
