Summary
This study tests whether vedolizumab, given as an IV infusion, can help Chinese adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. About 392 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if it reduces symptoms like diarrhea and bleeding, and helps achieve long-term remission over 60 weeks.
