Summary
This study tests a new medicine called afimkibart in children aged 2 to 17 with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, a condition causing inflammation and sores in the colon. The goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce symptoms and help children reach remission (feeling better with less inflammation). About 100 children will take part, and the study lasts up to 52 weeks.
