Summary
This study looks at two common drugs used to manage blood pressure during brain surgery. The goal is to find out which one does a better job keeping blood and oxygen flowing to the brain and other organs. About 32 adults having brain tumor surgery will take part. The results will help doctors choose the best drug for future surgeries.
