This study follows 670 adults with vasculitis, a rare blood vessel disease, to see how the disease shows up, how it is treated, and what health problems may arise. Participants will be tracked during active disease or relapse, and doctors will use standard treatments. The goal is to gather information to improve future care, not to test a new drug.
