Summary

This study looks at how chemotherapy drugs like 5-FU and capecitabine affect blood vessels in people with gastrointestinal cancer. Some patients experience chest pain or heart problems due to blood vessel spasms. Researchers will use a device called EndoPAT to measure blood vessel function and test if vasodilator drugs can help prevent these side effects. The study involves 60 adults starting chemotherapy.
