First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study will test a new scoring system called OC26 to see if it can more accurately diagnose autoimmune pancreatitis, a condition where the immune system attacks the pancreas. Researchers will look at data from 82 adults with suspected autoimmune pancreatitis, including their symptoms, blood tests, imaging, and tissue samples. The goal is to improve diagnosis and avoid confusing this condition with pancreatic cancer or other types of pancreatitis.
