New targeted drug trial aims to slow advanced cancers by fixing genetic switches
NCT ID NCT07303387
Summary
This study is testing an investigational pill called valemetostat for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It is specifically for people whose cancers have certain genetic changes affecting a cellular system called SWI/SNF. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the growth of these tumors by targeting those changes.
