This study tests whether a daily medication called valbenazine can reduce hair-pulling in adults with trichotillomania. About 20 people will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, then everyone gets the drug for another 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug safely eases symptoms and improves control over pulling urges.
