Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called valbenazine can safely reduce the severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms. It will involve 30 adults with moderate-to-severe OCD. Each participant will try both the study drug and a placebo for 6 weeks each to see which one works better.
