Zap to heal? device aims to soothe Veterans' invisible wounds

Summary
This study is testing whether a device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck can help veterans who have both mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and PTSD. Researchers want to see if using the device improves memory and reduces PTSD symptoms. They will measure changes in brain activity, stress responses, and inflammation in 100 veteran participants.
