Zap the neck, walk steady: VA tests home device to stop Parkinson's falls

Summary
This VA study is testing if a simple, at-home device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck can improve walking and balance for Veterans with Parkinson's disease. The goal is to reduce falls and help people stay independent longer. About 40 participants will use the handheld device daily for four weeks to see if it makes walking easier and more stable.
