Ear zap may speed burn recovery

Summary
This study tests if a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation on the ear can reduce inflammation and improve recovery in adults with moderate to severe burns. 50 participants will either receive this stimulation plus standard physical therapy, or just physical therapy alone. The goal is to see if this simple addition can help patients regain function more quickly.
