This study tests a new program to help women who have had pelvic radiation therapy use vaginal dilators more regularly. Dilators can prevent or treat vaginal narrowing that may cause pain during exams or sex. 88 participants will either get the new support program or standard educational materials, and the study will track how often they use dilators and if symptoms improve.
