VA launches major push to keep housed veterans from falling back into homelessness
NCT ID NCT07141394
Summary
This study aims to help homeless Veterans who have been housed stay in their homes by better treating substance use disorders. It will test adding two proven treatments—addiction medication and therapy—to the VA's existing housing support program across 12 sites. The goal is to see if this coordinated care helps Veterans manage addiction and maintain stable housing.
