Summary

This study compares a new DNA-based test (PCR) to the standard urine culture for diagnosing urinary tract infections (UTIs) in adults. Participants are randomly assigned to one test group and tracked for up to 21 days. The goal is to see if the faster DNA test leads to quicker treatment, fewer antibiotic changes, and better symptom relief.
