New study aims to find safest method to cut blood loss in fibroid surgery

Summary
This study compares four surgical techniques to temporarily block blood flow to the uterus during laparoscopic fibroid removal. The goal is to see which method best reduces blood loss and protects ovarian function. Sixty women with uterine fibroids will be randomly assigned to one of the four approaches.
