Summary

This study is testing whether a natural supplement called Urolithin A can improve how well immunotherapy drugs work for cancer patients. Researchers will compare 45 people with newly diagnosed solid tumors who take either the supplement or a placebo while receiving standard immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the supplement changes immune cells in the blood to help fight cancer better.
