Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called Urolithin A can improve how the immune system responds to cancer immunotherapy drugs. Researchers will compare 45 patients with newly diagnosed solid tumors who take either the supplement or a placebo while receiving standard immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if the supplement changes immune cell activity in the blood.
