Summary
This study tests whether urolithin A, a natural supplement, can improve how the body controls blood sugar in healthy adults aged 55 and older with a higher body mass index. Researchers will measure insulin and other hormone levels after taking the supplement for 4 and 8 weeks. The study involves 180 participants and includes glucose tests, continuous glucose monitoring, and exercise assessments.
