First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether monitoring a protein called CXCL10 in urine could help doctors detect kidney transplant rejection earlier than standard methods. The trial involved 260 adult kidney transplant recipients. The goal was to see if early treatment based on this urine test could improve long-term kidney survival and reduce complications.
