Summary
This study looks at two methods to improve care for women with urinary incontinence (bladder leakage) in primary care settings. About 1,200 women will be assigned to either an electronic specialist review or a nurse-led co-management program. The goal is to see which approach helps doctors provide better, evidence-based care and improves patient symptoms.
