First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a short home visitation program, delivered by non-nurse visitors, can help pregnant and postpartum women connect to community resources, feel more confident about their health, and reduce stress. About 450 women will take part, with half offered free home visits and the other half receiving standard clinic care. The study compares outcomes like resource access, health confidence, and stress levels between the two groups.
