Summary

This study tests whether a robotic device called Pablo Tyromotion can help people who had a stroke improve arm and hand function. About 120 adults aged 45-80 with mild to moderate arm weakness will use the device in rehab sessions. The goal is to see if it improves movement and grip strength better than standard therapy.
