Summary
This study looked at whether doing aerobic exercise with just the arms can improve exercise capacity, muscle oxygen levels, and daily physical activity in adults with type 2 diabetes. Forty participants completed the trial, which measured their fitness through treadmill tests and a pegboard ring test. The goal was to find a simple, accessible way to help manage diabetes through exercise.
