Summary
This early-phase study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy (UWD-00B) for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses donor cells designed to attack a protein called BCMA on cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, with 30 participants receiving a single infusion after mild chemotherapy.
