Can working out one leg make the other leg stronger?
NCT ID NCT07425288
Summary
This study tested whether exercising only one leg could improve strength, balance, and muscle size in the opposite, untrained leg. Researchers compared two different one-leg exercises in 47 sedentary women. The goal was to see if this 'cross-education' effect could help inform future rehab or training programs for people who can't exercise both sides equally.
