Listening to the voices of despair: groundbreaking study aims to map the journey of suicidal thoughts
NCT ID NCT07284238
Summary
This research study aims to understand how suicidal thoughts develop by listening to the experiences of three groups: people who have attempted suicide, their family and friends, and the healthcare professionals who care for them. The study will interview 45 participants in Catalonia, Spain, to build a detailed picture of the personal, social, and cultural factors involved. The goal is to create a better model for understanding suicidal thinking to inform future care and prevention efforts.
