NCT ID NCT07339813

First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study uses ultra-powerful MRI machines to create detailed maps of the brain in 100 stroke patients and 10 healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand how the brain reorganizes itself after a stroke, especially for arm and hand movement. Researchers will use these maps to improve future treatments, including brain-controlled devices that could help restore movement.
