This study aims to understand the natural history, genetics, and causes of systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) and adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD). Researchers will observe up to 2,000 people with these conditions over time, collecting medical history, blood samples, and genetic data.
