Summary

This study aims to understand what causes primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare chronic liver disease. Researchers will collect blood, saliva, urine, stool, and tissue samples from 143 adults with PSC over 12 months. They will also perform imaging and surveys to gather data on the disease's biology. The goal is to identify immune, microbiome, and metabolic signatures that may drive PSC.
