Summary
This observational study follows 60 adults undergoing thoraco-abdominal aorta repair to understand why some develop persistent pain. Researchers will use sensory tests, pain scores, and blood/spinal fluid analysis to identify risk factors. The goal is to better predict and prevent long-term pain after surgery.
