Summary
This study aims to understand how people with multiple sclerosis (MS), their carers, and healthcare professionals experience the complex care system. Researchers will interview 57 participants in France and Italy to identify what makes a care pathway feel supportive or frustrating. The goal is to propose improvements that make it easier for patients to get the right care at the right time.
