Summary

This study collects blood samples from people already in other NIH clinical trials who are having or are expected to have serious side effects from their drugs. The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood to better understand why side effects happen. Up to 100 participants aged 2 and older will give blood samples. This is an observational study, not a test of a new treatment.
