Summary

This study follows 660 adults with CADASIL, a genetic condition that damages small blood vessels in the brain and can lead to dementia. Researchers will use memory tests, brain scans, and blood samples over 5 years to track how the disease develops. The goal is to better understand risk factors and early signs of progression.
